These terms describe use of Gameznga1nz Analytics, operated by Gameznga1nz. Authorized users must agree to these terms before using the private service.
1. Purpose and availability
Gameznga1nz Analytics is a private tool intended to review Gameznga1nz social media performance and support content planning. This website provides public service information. It also provides a TikTok Sandbox sign-in and temporary performance snapshot for authorized target accounts. Instagram is not connected. Platform access remains subject to permissions and technical availability.
2. Authorized use
Use of the private service is limited to the Gameznga1nz creator and expressly authorized operators. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for actions taken using your authorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and the rules of any connected platform. You must not access another person’s account without permission, bypass platform restrictions, misuse personal information, compromise the service’s security, or use it for spam or deceptive activity.
4. Platform services and data
TikTok, Meta, and other platforms control their APIs, permissions, and data availability. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. Features may change or stop working if platform access changes. No platform approval, endorsement, continuous availability, or particular performance result is promised.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your own content. Use of this service does not transfer ownership of third-party content, trademarks, or platform data. Names and logos shown belong to their respective owners.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the current public website’s data practices. Instructions for requesting data deletion appear in its data deletion section.
7. Suspension and ending access
Access may be suspended or ended to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or address misuse. You may stop using the service and revoke platform access at any time. Requests to delete stored information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions based on its reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
